"Order took way too long"
My order took longer than I expected to ship, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it and there was just nothing new for days, which was frustating.

"I ordered a sword from trueswords.com, and..."
I ordered a sword from trueswords.com, and overall it looks cool hanging up on the wall. The blade finish is actually sorta nice for the price, and it definitely works as a display piece.
That said, the handle felt a little loose when I got it, and the sheath had a few small scratches right out of the box. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was sorta disappointing to notice.
I’d say it’s fine if you just want something decorative, but I wouldn’t go in expecting amazing quality. For me, 3 stars feels about right.

"They really had it in stock"
I’d been looking all over for a specific sword and, actually, let me start over—I was starting to think nobody had it in stock. Then I found these guys, and they actually had it available. Ordering was quick, no backorder hassle or anything. Happy with how it turned out.

"Showed up before I even started wondering about it"
I was expecting to wait a while, then kind of forgot about it, and suddenly it was already at my door. Shipping was way faster than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise.

"Support was slower than I expected"
I ordered something from the site and had a shipping question, but getting an answer from support took quite a while. I don’t remember every detail of the back-and-forth, just that I kept checking for a reply and felt a bit annoyed by the wait. When they finally did respond, it was brief and didn’t really clear things up, so I had to message again. The website itself was fine from what I remember, but the customer service part could definitely be better. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating.

"Packed well enough, no damage"
My order showed up packed solid overall. The outside box had a couple dents, so I was a little worried at first, but the sword inside was totally fine. I’m taking off one star because the tape job was kind of messy, like maybe they rushed it or... I don’t know. Still, no real issues.

"Checkout was more hassle than it should’ve been"
Ordering from trueswords.com was a bit frustrating. The site was loading slowly for me, and my cart kept glitching whenever I tried to change the quantity, which got old fast.
The checkout did eventually go through, so I’ll give them that, but the order details weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. I did get a confirmation, thankfully, but overall it wasn’t exactly a smooth or confidence-building buying experience
